By accessing or using Spekir Atlas ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Spekir Atlas is a cloud-based enterprise architecture management platform. We provide tools for application portfolio management, capability mapping, strategy alignment, and AI-assisted insights.
You must register an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws; (b) transmit malicious code; (c) attempt unauthorised access to our systems; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spekir and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spekir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Copenhagen City Court.
